We welcome the opportunity to assist your organization in achieving its goals; therefore, we ask that
you carefully read our guidelines prior to filling out the application. Due to the large volume of
requests we receive, all applications must be received at least 60 days prior to the date the donation is
needed in order for your application to be considered. We do not wish to duplicate similar donations, so
please make your request as early as possible.
Each approved organization is limited to one donation per year.
Past support of an organization, cause or event does not guarantee future donations.
We do not donate to:
Advocacy or lobbying groups
Individuals seeking pledges
Multiple requests in the same year from the same organization or cause
Organizations that are not 501(c)(3) entities.
Political causes, candidates, organizations or campaigns.
Organizations that discriminate on the basis of age, color, disability, disabled veteran status,
gender, race, religion, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation or military service.
Administrative expenses or programs with administrative expenses in excess of 15%.
Capital project funding.
Purchase of uniforms or trips for school-related organizations and booster clubs, youth athletics
or amateur sports teams. Organizations such as schools and youth groups.
Activities whose sole purpose is promotion or support of a specific religion, denomination or
Private clubs funded by membership fees. Fraternal, alumni, trade, professional or social
Grants to individuals or loans of any type, individual medical fundraisers, political or partisan
organizations/ candidates and study or travel grants (scholarships, stipends, writing

admin office at 684 Boardwalk Blvd., Building A. You can expect to hear from us within two to four
weeks after we have received your application. If you do not provide all of the required information,
your application will not be considered or donation request could be delayed.
Any support materials you would like to include with your application should be attached to the back
of your completed application. These materials will not serve in place of an application.
Some of the information you need prior to filling out your application includes:
A brief history of your community group, including your organization’s name, goals and

Details about your request, schedule and an overview of those you expect to benefit from our
Details of your project, including its goals, key dates, desired outcomes, funding details and
other project partners as well as your plans for donor recognition.
